The Covid-19 pandemic has pushed many frontline workers to breaking point. Many have sadly developed mental health problems and some have even tried to commit suicide. As the media partner for the Laura Hyde Foundation, WTS Media has been campaigning on this issue for nearly two years. In June 2021, we helped the Foundation to co-ordinate its biggest ever suicide awareness campaign. This included the production and distribution of more than 30,000 awareness packs which were sent to hospitals, police stations and fire HQ’s. The campaign secured publicity in a number of national news publications as well as leading healthcare journals.
